Order Processing

Products offered by Southbound Racing may be subject to varying fulfilment and processing timeframes depending on factors including product availability, production requirements, supplier lead times, inventory allocation, and other operational considerations. The applicable fulfilment timeframe for each product will be clearly displayed on the product page and/or at checkout prior to purchase.

Where a product is offered on a pre-order basis, the estimated fulfilment timeframe will be clearly displayed on the product page and/or at checkout prior to purchase. By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the estimated fulfilment timeframe applicable to that product. While Southbound Racing will make every reasonable effort to fulfil orders within the stated timeframe, all fulfilment estimates are indicative only and may be impacted by manufacturing schedules, supplier lead times, freight delays, customs processes, demand fluctuations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For products that are in stock and available for dispatch, the applicable processing and fulfilment timeframe will be displayed on the product page and/or at checkout prior to purchase. Orders are processed during standard business days only and are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

In the event of a material delay that is reasonably expected to affect the fulfilment or dispatch of an order beyond the estimated timeframe provided, Southbound Racing will endeavour to notify the customer using the contact details supplied at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Southbound Racing offers domestic and international shipping services where available.

Shipping costs, available delivery methods, and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location, shipping service selected, and products purchased.

For products offered on a pre-order basis, any delivery estimates provided by the carrier apply only after the order has been fulfilled and dispatched. Pre-order fulfilment timeframes are separate from carrier delivery estimates.

All delivery timeframes are provided in good faith and are indicative only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, regulatory requirements, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Southbound Racing is not responsible for delays occurring after an order has been dispatched and transferred to the relevant carrier.

Packaging

All products are packaged using commercially reasonable methods designed to protect items during storage, handling, and transportation.

Packaging methods may vary depending on the nature, size, quantity, and requirements of the products ordered.

While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure products are appropriately packaged prior to dispatch, minor cosmetic wear to external packaging may occur during transit and does not constitute damage to the product itself.

Tracking Information

Where tracking services are available, tracking details will be provided to the email address supplied at checkout following dispatch of the order.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the progress of their shipment using the tracking information provided. If tracking information has not been received within a reasonable period following dispatch, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Tracking updates are provided by third-party carriers, and Southbound Racing cannot guarantee the accuracy, frequency, or availability of tracking information once a shipment is in transit.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customers are encouraged to familiarise themselves with any applicable import requirements, restrictions, duties, taxes, and fees prior to placing an international order.

Southbound Racing accepts no responsibility for delays, additional costs, or delivery issues arising from customs clearance procedures or import requirements imposed by the destination country.

Order Accuracy & Error Handling

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout, including shipping addresses, contact information, and any other order details, is accurate, complete, and current.

Where an error, discrepancy, or omission is identified within an order, Southbound Racing reserves the right to place the order on hold while clarification or updated information is obtained from the customer. Any resulting delay to fulfilment, processing, or dispatch arising from inaccurate or incomplete information remains the responsibility of the customer.

Where express shipping has been selected, shipping fees are non-refundable where delays arise as a result of customer error, failure to respond to communications, or the provision of incorrect or incomplete information.

Southbound Racing reserves the right to cancel and refund an order where required information cannot be obtained within a reasonable period or where fulfilment is not reasonably possible due to inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
