Refund Policy

Change of Mind

Southbound Racing does not offer refunds or replacements for change-of-mind returns. All customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, specifications, materials, and product details before finalising an order. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have independently reviewed all information provided and accept full responsibility for evaluating the product's suitability, sizing, and specifications. All sales are considered final unless otherwise specified below.

Return Period and Request Process

Customers may request a return within thirty (30) days of receiving their item. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team at support@southboundracing.com within this period. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note that items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for returns and exchanges is strictly limited to products that are not as described or that contain a major fault that was not disclosed at the time of sale.

All product listings are intended to provide a general representation of each item through written descriptions, sizing information, specifications, and images. Product descriptions, sizing guides, and specifications should be relied upon as the primary source of information when assessing a product prior to purchase.

Customers acknowledge that product images are provided for illustrative and marketing purposes only and may be edited, enhanced, or displayed under varying lighting conditions. Colours, textures, and overall appearance may vary slightly due to photography, image processing, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, and other factors beyond our control. Such variations do not constitute a fault, defect, or item not as described.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all sizing information, specifications, product descriptions, and other details before completing a purchase. Returns are not accepted for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect size selection, dissatisfaction with fit, colour variations, general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or failure to review product details prior to purchase.

All items returned must be in the same condition as when received and must not have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise modified. A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided with every return request. All returns are subject to inspection and verification prior to approval. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item is deemed unsuitable or does not comply with these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, worn or washed clothing, altered items, custom or personalised products, digital products or downloads, gift cards, items sold on a final sale basis, and any products that have been damaged after delivery.

If you are uncertain about the sizing, specifications, materials, or details of an item, we strongly recommend contacting our customer service team at support@southboundracing.com prior to purchase, as returns will not be accepted on the basis of uncertainty after purchase.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on the part of Southbound Racing, such as an incorrect item supplied or a major undisclosed fault, all costs associated with returning an item are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns, as Southbound Racing cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during the return process.

Invalid Delivery Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery details at the time of purchase, including the correct recipient name, street address, and any other information required for successful delivery. Southbound Racing is not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid delivery information provided by the customer.

Where an order is returned to us as a result of invalid or incomplete delivery details, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping the order, as well as any additional charges imposed by the carrier for returning the item to our facility. If the order is not returned to us, such as where it is lost or disposed of by the carrier, no refund or replacement will be issued. Customers are strongly encouraged to review all delivery details carefully before finalising their order to avoid delays or loss.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within fifteen (15) business days of approval, please contact us for assistance.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend completing the return process for the original item and placing a separate order for the desired replacement. This ensures prompt service and the greatest availability of inventory.

Exchange requests remain subject to the item meeting all return eligibility requirements outlined in this policy and product availability at the time the exchange is processed.

Digital Products and Downloads

All sales of digital products, including digital artwork, downloadable content, software, memberships, or other digital products, are final. Digital products or downloads are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances. Once a digital item has been delivered or made available for download, no refund will be issued. We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully prior to purchase. If you have any questions about a digital product before purchasing, please contact our customer service team for clarification.

Refusal of Return and Refunds

Southbound Racing reserves the right to refuse any return or refund that does not comply with this policy or where the item is returned in an unsuitable condition, including where it has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise modified in any way that affects its resale value. Items sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted or refunded.
